Terms of Service

1. The Service

clipmill generates faceless short-form videos from the topics, prompts, and styles you provide, and can optionally publish them to connected social accounts. We may update, add, or remove features at any time.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use the Service.

3. Plans, Credits, and Billing

Paid plans grant a monthly allotment of credits that are spent when you generate videos; credit usage scales with video length. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled, and you can cancel or change plans at any time from your settings. Optional top-up credits are one-time purchases. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable, and plan credits reset each billing period while top-up credits carry over.

4. Your Content

You retain ownership of the inputs you submit and, subject to these Terms and the terms of our underlying providers, the videos you generate. You grant us the rights needed to process your inputs, generate outputs, store artifacts, and publish to accounts you connect. You are responsible for the content you create and how you use it.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to create or distribute content that:

• Infringes intellectual property or other rights of any third party.
• Is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, hateful, or deceptive.
• Impersonates others or misrepresents the source or authenticity of content.
• Violates the terms of any connected platform, including TikTok.
• Attempts to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.

6. AI-Generated Content

Outputs are produced by automated AI systems and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or similar to content generated for others. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before publishing and for ensuring they comply with applicable laws and platform policies.

7. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates third-party providers (including AI model, payment, hosting, and social-platform providers). Your use of those integrations may be subject to their terms, and we are not responsible for third-party services.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, and trademarks, is owned by clipmill and its licensors and is protected by law. These Terms do not grant you any right to our branding except as needed to use the Service.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, clipmill will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or use the Service in a way that could cause harm. You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version with a new “last updated” date, and continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
